Does Conquer have a physical store where we can see and buy items, as well as replace ordered items?

Conquer is the first concept store of Mayad Sports Middle East based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, strategically located in Retail #13 Ground Floor, Centurion Star Tower, Port Saeed, Deira opposite Deira City Centre and behind Day-to-Day.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE IF I ORDER AN ITEM?

UAE based delivery usually takes 2-3 days maximum if the items will be delivered in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.
 
GCC based Delivery usually takes 5 days maximum if the items will be delivered in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.

International delivery usually takes an estimated 10 days maximum if the items will be delivered in the Philippines.

CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS WERE MENTIONED WITH REGARDS TO DELIVERY, HOW COME MY ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE GIVEN TIME?

Delivery days mentioned are as agreed upon with the partner courier (DTDC Eurostar or Emirates Post), items ordered could arrive earlier or later, in the event that your items did not arrive on the time specified this could be the result of delay from the courier. In order to help you track your order we will be contacting the courier and get details as to why the delivery was delayed and give you feedback within 24 hours.
 
HOW DOES CONQUER DELIVER ITEMS?

All items purchased on our website will be delivered to you through the following means:

UAE Customers

Door-to-Door delivery through our accredited local courier Skynet. Please note that there will be an additional delivery fee for this transaction which will be added on the total bill. 

GCC Countries and other International Customers

This will be through Aramex and EmPost/EMS or any of our international local accredited couriers. This could be door-to-door depending on which area, location or country, or it can also be a visit to your nearest post office as to where the items can be picked-up. Please note that there will be an additional delivery fee for this transaction which will be added on the total bill, usually converted on your local denomination.


HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

There will be notices during the ordering/purchasing process reminding you if you are confirming the order, this will include sizes, colorway, quantity and the item code and name, this is a program in the system that minimizes the cancellation of order/s. Also, please be reminded that cancellation will also follow our Return Policy.

We do understand that there are inevitable circumstances, in the event that you have decided to cancel an order please be reminded of the following:

In the event that you forgot to cancel an order within the timeframe given and the delivery process persisted. We will be charging you twice the actual amount of the delivery fee (delivery to and from)
